AI Assistance Notice
Explains draft-only AI, data sent to providers, and how to opt out.
Draft assistance only
AI may help mentors draft responses, parent guidance, growth-report wording, or preliminary risk prompts. It does not send directly to children, diagnose, approve applications, or make final safety decisions. A person must review and decide every outward-facing use.
Data minimization
When enabled, only the minimum task content should be sent, preferably using nicknames or de-identified text. Passwords, full contact details, and unrelated sensitive data must not be sent. Administrators may choose providers; enabled services are listed in the processor notice.
Choice, limits, and logs
AI permission is separate from basic participation and may be declined or withdrawn; core human workflows remain available. We log model, task, result status, and human review for reliability and safety, and do not use child content for behavioral advertising.
