Terms of Service and Participation Agreement

Sets the rules for accounts, service boundaries, participation, leaving, and responsibility.

Service and data operatorShanghai Ruibi Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.Room E3246, Building 1, No. 5500 Yuanjiang Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, Chinaprivacy@little-spark.org

1. Nature of the service

Little Spark is a nonprofit, human-mentor-led project growth community. It is not therapy, medical care, crisis intervention, an open social network, childcare, or an AI companion. Pilot scope, duration, and eligible ages are explained during application.

2. Accounts and guardian authority

A parent account is for an adult authorized to make decisions for the child. You must provide accurate information, secure the account, and tell us when guardianship or contact details change. Child accounts are created with a reviewed one-time invitation and may not be transferred.

3. Voluntary participation

A child may observe, choose not to share, skip an activity, or leave. A parent must not force participation or use the service for surveillance. We may delay or decline participation when the service does not fit current needs, consent is incomplete, or safety conditions cannot be met.

4. Conduct and content

Users must not bully, harass, impersonate others, request private contact details, post unlawful or rights-infringing content, or bypass safeguards. We may restrict, hide, or remove unsafe content and suspend accounts for serious or repeated breaches.

5. Safety and emergencies

People review safety signals, but the platform cannot guarantee that every risk is detected immediately and does not provide 24/7 emergency response. Contact local emergency services for imminent danger. To protect a child or meet legal duties, we may follow the safety plan and contact guardians, supervisors, professional support, or relevant authorities.

6. Suspension, leaving, and changes

A parent or child may ask to leave. Withdrawing required authorization pauses related processing and participation; necessary safety, financial, or audit records may remain under law or retention policy. Material changes will be highlighted and, where required, accepted again.

7. Responsibility and contact

We take reasonable measures to provide a safe service but do not promise a particular growth outcome. Nothing excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Contact the operator shown on these pages first about disputes; governing law depends on the operating entity and service location.

This is the currently published text. The operator must maintain jurisdiction-specific legal review and accurate contact details, and obtain renewed acceptance for material changes where required.
