  1. 1Initial reviewWe review relevant experience, motivation, and alignment with the project.
  2. 2Conversation and boundariesA conversation explores steadiness, listening, and child-safeguarding boundaries.
  3. 3Checks and trainingComplete role-appropriate identity/background checks, safety training, and scenario assessment.
  4. 4Final human decisionOnly after review do we invite account setup and assign the appropriate level and permissions.
